Who are the Darling Gails?
Established in 2021, Darling Gails is an American-Puerto Rican hyperpop duo comprised of Bella Luxury and Jason Darling.
The two met via social media and bonded over a love of schlocky horror films and sugary fast pop music.
Their musical style is quirky, eclectic and features everything from radio-friendly synth-heavy dance pop to more aggressive hardcore hyperpop beats.
Often compared to artists like 100 Gecs, Terror Jr, and Charli XCX, they channel many different influences such as K-Pop and MySpace era Pop Punk into their music.
2023 and 2024 saw the release of their albums 'Chesta' and ‘Gunk’ respectively. They quickly began work on their upcoming third album ‘Hi, Dexter is Dead’ which was released in October 2025.

- Nearly all of Darling Gails’ work thus far has been made completely long distance via remote collaboration. In fact, we’ve only met in person once.
- Darling Gails are the only musical act to have a feature from famed YouTube personality Glitterforever17.
- Bella’s favourite movies include Malignant (2021) and Sharktopus (2010).
- Jason once accidentally started a rumor on twitter about Bella Thorne dissing Taylor Swift and he still feels bad about it to this very day.
